New Causeway Coast and Glens Apprenticeship Website Launched

Causewayapprenticeships.com is a new website to help local businesses, employers and people to understand apprenticeships and how they can be a great help to grow businesses in the Causeway Coast and Glens.

causewayapprenticeships.com has information for employers about how apprenticeships work, including answers to frequently asked questions, such as:

Apprenticeships can be at Level 2 and Level 3, and the Department for the Economy are funding Higher Level Apprenticeships which start at Foundation Degree level.   All Age apprenticeships (aged 25 and over) are also being introduced by the Department for the Economy in September, so there has never been a better opportunity for you to become an apprentice or to employ an apprentice. Causeway Coast and Glens Labour Market Partnership, who have developed the causewayapprenticeships.com platform, are funded by the Department for Communities.

Support for female business owners 

Connect with other women led business owners at the Women in Business | Entrepreneurs Connect event on Tuesday 12 September at 2 Royal Avenue, Belfast - supported by Belfast City Council.
