Digital Marketing in the Tourism and Hospitality Sectors

This workshop is for tourism and hospitality businesses that use, or should use, social media and digital marketing. It will provide an overview of the three main forms of social media: Facebook, Instagram and Tik Tok. It will give you a better understanding of how you can use them to promote your business, with hints and tips on increasing the number of viewers and targeting the right customers.

Creating Content for Your Social Media using a Smart Phone

This practical workshop will help you to take better photos and make suitable videos to use on your business social media.  It will show you how to do it and provide lots of tips and hints as to what works, what you can do to attract attention, and how to upload these to make sure the content and length are suitable. You will see examples and good ideas.
